We know pets are family. Tempe Park Place Apartments is a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs (50 lb weight limit, maximum of two pets per apartment). Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet, with a one-time $150 pet fee and $300 pet deposit per pet. Contact our leasing office for full details on our pet policy.
