Tempe Park Place is located on South Rural Road in The Lakes neighborhood, one of the most convenient parts of Tempe. Arizona State University is about eight minutes away, and the US-60 Superstition Freeway is right around the corner for quick access across the Valley. Light rail stops are a short drive up Rural Road, connecting you to Downtown Tempe, Phoenix, and Mesa without a car.
